The Power of Breath

On my journey of self realization, I discovered many tools but the Breath has reigned supreme. I am obsessed with the Breath and using it to ascend spiritually, while also optimizing health and performance of the mind and body.

The Breath alone holds the power to shift and alter consciousness to catalyze awakening, transformation, create divine alignment at the core of one's being and increase overall health, happiness, and vitality.

From the moment I found Breathwork, my life was forever changed, and I've felt a deep calling to bring the transformational power of the Breath to others.

Where It All Began

Since I was a young child I’ve always known there was more beyond this reality. I would say, "I've always had one foot on the other side", creating a burning passion to explore the inner and outer reaches of consciousness. This passion led to a journey of self-realization, catalyzed through the exploration of entheogenic medicines.

In my last years of University, I avidly studied philosophy, religion, and spirituality, leading to deep appreciation and awareness for the divine, in its varying form, and recognizing that truth is universal.

Since then, I have been committed to continuing to transcend limitations in life and empower those around me in doing the same. In 2016, Breathwork found me and I instantly knew it to be "one of the best kept secrets in life". I experienced the life-changing power of breath and gradually aligned with my purpose to share this secret with the world.

Bringing Breath to Others

Over the past several years, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, I fully stepped into my calling and have taken committed action to share Breathwork with the world. I started my own Breathwork business and currently host weekly live Breathwork sessions. I designed online courses such as Breath Masters and Ascension Breathwork Series, managed support groups, and much more. I have empowered countless individuals and companies to transcend their limitations and tap into infinity through the power of Breath.

I am committed to living in purpose, passion and abundance- thereby radiating it to all clients, friends, family, and the entire world.
