### Group Breathwork Classes ($33/class, membership discounts available)
Weekly in-person sessions in 8 cities across Arizona and Lake Tahoe. 60-90 minute guided breathwork with sound healing and Reiki. No screaming, no cathartic releases. Surrender-based, relaxation-focused methodology.

### Facilitator Certification ($1,497 to $1,997 depending on format)
Facilitator training with 24 hours of in-person instruction plus an online curriculum, co-taught by Ryan McBurney (7 breathwork training programs completed, 4 certifications, guiding since 2018) and Shelby Von Oepen, RN, BSN (13+ years of nursing experience). Three formats, same surrender-based method and credential. Cohorts are small on purpose: 6 students in a 2026 Phoenix intensive, 20 in the February 5-7, 2027 Scottsdale intensive, 10 at Lake Tahoe, 15 in the live online cohort.
