We will be straight with you. We do not run trainings in every California city. Our in-person California breathwork certification is the Lake Tahoe retreat, a four-day immersive facilitator training across a five-night lakefront stay in Northern California. For the rest of the state, our online cohort brings the same training to you.
Tahoe is an easy trip for much of California, and well worth the travel for the depth of an in-person intensive on the water.
Liquid Breathwork is one of the most established in-person breathwork certifications in the United States, and the Lake Tahoe retreat is our California home for it. You learn the surrender-based method, earn the Liquid Breathwork facilitator credential, and join an ongoing graduate community.
You leave with more than the breath. You get the safety and trauma-informed training, plus the business groundwork: pricing, marketing, and how to fill your first sessions back home in California. Mentorship from Ryan and Shelby continues long after your last day.

Every Liquid Breathwork session is trauma-informed. You set the pace, you stay in control, and nothing is forced. We guide you inward through gentle surrender, never outward through forced catharsis or screaming. Integration support is always offered, and our door is open if you need to talk.
Our in-person California training is the Lake Tahoe retreat in Northern California, a four-day immersive across a five-night lakefront stay. If you are elsewhere in the state, the online cohort covers the same method from home.
We do not hold trainings in Los Angeles or San Francisco. For California students, the in-person option is the Lake Tahoe retreat, an easy trip from Sacramento and the Bay Area and a short flight from LA. Otherwise, the online cohort is fully remote.
The Lake Tahoe retreat ranges from $1,997 (retreat only) to $3,250 (retreat plus lakefront lodging). The online cohort is $1,497. Monthly payment plans are available on every format.
