Honest About the Distance

Worth the Drive From the Bay

We will be straight with you. We do not hold a training in San Francisco. Our in-person facilitator training is the Lake Tahoe retreat, which makes it the closest in-person retreat for San Francisco, Oakland, and the wider Bay Area. The drive is about three and a half to four hours northeast.

That distance is the point. A facilitator training is an immersion, and stepping out of the Bay Area bubble is part of what makes the work land. People already drive to Tahoe for a reset. This one sends you home certified.

  • About 3.5 to 4 hours from the Bay Area. A scenic drive northeast from San Francisco and Oakland to Lake Tahoe.
  • An immersion, on purpose. Leaving the city is part of why a retreat-format training works.
  • Make a weekend of it. Many Bay Area students arrive the day before and settle in.

How We Hold the Room

Trauma-Informed, Always

Every Liquid Breathwork session is trauma-informed. You set the pace, you stay in control, and nothing is forced. We guide you inward through gentle surrender, never outward through forced catharsis or screaming. Integration support is always offered, and our door is open if you need to talk.
