All three Liquid Breathwork paths teach the same surrender-based method and award the same certification. Liquid Breathwork is a surrender-based inward journey: still powerful, but not as intense as some styles like Holotropic Breathwork, so you can actually go deeper through surrender. In person and online are separate trainings. The bundle adds the online cohort to any intensive for $300 more, and every format has monthly payment plans.
You join a cohort of up to 15 students that runs 12 weeks, with the next cohort starting March 9, 2027. Each week pairs one live group call with Ryan and Shelby and a video module you watch on your own schedule.
The full lesson list is on the Breathwork certification curriculum. The method is the same one we teach in person: the breather sets the pace, nothing is forced, and we guide through gentle surrender.

“One of the things that really stood out for me during the training was a lot of the hands-on practice that we got, all the reps. It helped me feel more prepared and more confident in my ability to facilitate Breathwork on my own.”
He chose Liquid Breathwork after comparing several certification programs, and now brings Breathwork into the healing work he already does.
“So grateful for both of you, Ryan and Shelby. You’re changing my life right as we speak ... the ladies both booked for next week for paid sessions.”
After getting certified she had paid one-on-ones and a group session booked in Santa Clarita.
“I was really looking for something that was more gentle, more supportive ... and Liquid Breathwork delivered just that.”
She arrived a beginner, after one Breathwork class elsewhere that felt like a lot. She left certain that everything we need is already within us.

He has run a class or two every month since April under his own brand.
“The group calls are supportive and range from business growth to breaking down student’s teachings for feedback.”

Yes. Our online Breathwork certification is a live 12-week cohort with a weekly group call, 60+ video lessons and live breakout practice. It is a separate training from the in-person intensive, with the same method and the same Liquid Breathwork Facilitator Certification.
12 weeks, with one live group call a week plus video lessons you watch on your own schedule. The next cohort starts March 9, 2027, with live calls on Tuesdays at 5pm Pacific (8pm Eastern).
$1,497 early bird for the first 5 seats, then $1,797, with monthly payment plans. Adding the online cohort to an in-person intensive costs $300 more.
Both teach the same surrender-based method and award the same certification. In person gives you hands-on reps in the room. Online gives you more time, so it goes deeper on playlists, sound setup and marketing. If you can make an intensive work, we encourage it. If you cannot, the online cohort gets you there.
