What to Expect at Your Breathwork Session
Before
We coordinate with you ahead of time to understand the vibe of your weekend. We bring yoga mats, eye masks, a speaker, and everything else needed. Your group just shows up and lays down.
During
Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. We open with intention-setting, then guide 45 minutes of Liquid Breathwork (a gentle, fluid breathing practice set to music) followed by sound healing. No screaming, no intensity, just a deep inward journey.
After
People feel lighter, more connected, and genuinely bonded in a way that a bar crawl alone doesn't reach. It's common for guests to say this was the most memorable part of the entire weekend. Some groups book us for the morning after the big night out. It's a reset that actually works.
