Breathwork in Lake Tahoe & the Sierra
We hold sessions in and around Truckee, Incline Village and Tahoe City, with students from both the California and Nevada sides of the lake.
At 6,200 feet your body already works harder for oxygen. Circular breathing on top of that thin mountain air lands deeper than it does at sea level.
Skiers, climbers, endurance athletes, remote workers and entrepreneurs all come. Locals and seasonal visitors are equally welcome, whether it's your first class or your fiftieth.
What to Expect in a Session
Guided Breathing
A grounding exercise, then 30-45 minutes of guided circular breathing set to music and sound. You set the pace. Nothing is forced, and there is no screaming or pushed catharsis, only gentle surrender.
Deep Relaxation & Integration
A long rest follows the active breathing, and that is where integration happens. For the athletes who train here, it is also where recovery starts.

No. A certified facilitator guides every step, and the practice works for first-timers and experienced breathers alike.
Liquid Breathwork is surrender-based: gentler than the Wim Hof® Method's cold-exposure focus or the cathartic intensity of Holotropic® Breathwork. Hypnotic guidance and sound take you inward without overwhelm.

We hosted a three-day facilitator training in South Lake Tahoe in August 2026. The next Lake Tahoe training runs July 30 - August 1, 2027, or you can certify online from anywhere around the lake.
