Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Liquid Breathwork website and the classes, workshops, and training programs we offer. By using this site, registering for a class, or enrolling in training, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

By participating, you confirm that you are taking part voluntarily and that you are responsible for your own wellbeing. We ask you to consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating if you have any condition that may be affected by intense breathing, including but not limited to: cardiovascular conditions, high or abnormal blood pressure, a history of aneurysm, epilepsy or seizures, respiratory conditions, a history of significant psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, or if you are pregnant.

You agree to disclose relevant health information when asked, to follow facilitator guidance, and to stop or modify the practice at any time if you feel unwell. Participation is always your choice.

Classes, Training, and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our classes and training, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You agree to provide accurate registration information. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule a session, and to remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive.

Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

• Prices for classes and training are shown at the point of registration. Deposits and payment plans may be available for training programs.
• Payments are processed by our third-party booking and payment providers. By registering, you also agree to those providers' terms.
• Specific refund, cancellation, and transfer terms for a class, workshop, or training are provided at the time of registration and apply to that purchase. If you have a question about a specific refund, contact us at [email protected].
• If we cancel a session, we will offer a reschedule or a refund of amounts paid for that session.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our training materials, including text, images, audio, video, course curriculum, and the Liquid Breathwork name and branding, is owned by Liquid Breathwork or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish our materials, or teach our curriculum as your own, without our written permission.

Free Resources

Resources we provide free of charge, such as our guided Breathwork audio, are for your personal use. They are shared for wellness and education and carry the same health disclaimer above. Please do not redistribute or sell them.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquid Breathwork and its facilitators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, our content, or your participation in our classes or training. You participate voluntarily and assume the ordinary risks of physical and breath-based practices. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
