We guide a fluid, hypnotic style of circular breathing that takes you into deep states of consciousness.
You lie down, breathe, and let your nervous system reset. Our certified facilitators hold space for whatever comes up, from emotional release to a stillness you haven't felt in years.
What to Expect in a Session
Guided Breathing
We open with a grounding exercise, then 30-45 minutes of guided circular breathing set to music. Your facilitator stays with you the whole way.
Deep Relaxation & Integration
When the active breathing ends, deep rest begins. That's where integration happens, and many people call it the most peaceful state they've ever been in.

Liquid Breathwork is surrender-based: gentle activation, then deep relaxation. It's gentler than styles built around screaming or intense cathartic release, and you follow your own inner knowing throughout. Every session includes sound healing and Reiki. Our co-facilitator Shelby Von Oepen also brings a background as a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN).
