What to Expect in a Session
After a short grounding and intention, a certified facilitator guides 30-45 minutes of circular breathing, a connected breath with no pause between inhale and exhale, set to music. You set the pace, nothing is forced, and the practice is gentle surrender. Then you lie still and rest while it settles.
