About Our Classes

Breathwork in Scottsdale

Scottsdale is already one of the top wellness destinations in the country. Between the world-class spas, resort retreats, and a community that genuinely prioritizes health and self-care, breathwork fits right in. Liquid Breathwork holds regular in-person sessions across Scottsdale - from Old Town and the Waterfront area to North Scottsdale neighborhoods like Gainey Ranch, DC Ranch, and Grayhawk. Whether you live here year-round or you're visiting for a long weekend, our classes are easy to find and even easier to fall into.

Scottsdale attracts a certain kind of person - driven, ambitious, used to performing at a high level. Entrepreneurs, executives, real estate professionals, athletes, and creatives who are always on. That energy is part of what makes this city great, but it also means the nervous system rarely gets a chance to come down. Breathwork gives you that reset. Not through another workout or productivity hack, but by actually letting your body discharge the stress it's been holding. A lot of our Scottsdale students tell us it's the first time they've truly relaxed in years.

We also work with resort visitors looking to go deeper than a standard spa day, bachelorette groups wanting something meaningful alongside the Old Town nightlife, and corporate teams building off-sites in the area. Liquid Breathwork uses a fluid, hypnotic style of guided circular breathing - no screaming, no forced catharsis. Just deep, guided inner work that meets you exactly where you are. Our certified facilitators create an intimate, grounded space whether we're holding class near the McDowell Mountains or in a studio off Scottsdale Road. Show up, lie down, and breathe.

What to Expect in a Session

Guided Breathing

Each session begins with a grounding exercise followed by 30-45 minutes of guided circular breathing set to a curated sound journey. Your facilitator guides you through the entire experience.

Deep Relaxation & Integration

After the active breathing phase, you'll move into a deep rest period where the real integration happens. Many people describe this as the most peaceful state they've ever experienced.

Absolutely. Scottsdale is one of the top wellness destinations in the country, and Breathwork is one of the most meaningful experiences you can add to a resort trip, bachelorette weekend, or corporate retreat. No experience needed, sessions are 60 to 90 minutes, and most visitors say it was the highlight of their trip.

We recommend starting with one session per week to build your practice. Many of our regular Scottsdale students attend 2 to 3 times per month and supplement with our online guided audio library between sessions. Consistency matters more than frequency.

Somatic Breathwork is a body-centered breathing practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to regulate the nervous system and release stored tension. Liquid Breathwork incorporates somatic principles into every Scottsdale session, working through physical sensation and body awareness to create deep transformation. Our classes combine somatic Breathwork with sound healing and Reiki for a complete experience.
