Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.

We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.

Affordable does not mean stripped down. Every format includes the full certification:

  • Live teaching: every online session is taught live by us, not a recorded library. In person, you train in the room with us for 3 full days.
  • Real practice teaching: you facilitate actual people and get feedback in real time. That is the skill a certificate is supposed to prove.
  • Certified for life: no recurring subscription, nothing expires, no fees to keep access to what you already paid for.
  • Payment plans: deposits and installments on all three formats. The right student matters more to us than the payment schedule.

Why the Price Is What It Is

Why We Keep Certification Affordable

I have spent about $20,000 on my own Breathwork training across seven programs and four certifications. Some of the most expensive ones taught me the least. I have been facilitating for 9 years, my co-founder Shelby is a registered nurse, and we have certified 28 facilitators.

We price the training so a yoga teacher, nurse, or coach can say yes without financing a car. Then we teach you to fill your classes, so the certification pays for itself instead of hanging on a wall.
