Breathwork Article Submission
Breathwork article submissions are open for the Liquid Breathwork blog. Send a finished draft or a clear outline, and if it fits, we publish it with your byline and a link back to your work.
Submit Your ArticleWhat We Publish
I read every submission myself. I've been facilitating Breathwork for 9 years, been through seven programs and four certifications, and certified 28 facilitators through our training, so I can usually tell within two paragraphs whether a writer has actually practiced. Four topics earn a yes:
- Breathwork science: the research and physiology behind the practice, written by someone who understands the material well enough to keep it accurate.
- Facilitation practice: pacing a session, holding space, working with what comes up in a room. Lessons from real classes.
- Personal transformation stories: what the breath changed for you, told with specifics. Honest detail gets published, vague inspiration gets passed on.
- The teaching business: pricing, filling classes, building a practice people return to. If you've done it, we want to read it.
Before you pitch, read a few posts on the Breathwork blog to hear the tone we publish, like how to become a Breathwork facilitator.
What We Don't Publish
- AI-generated filler. If a model wrote it and you lightly edited it, we can tell, and we pass.
- Promotional content for competing certification programs. This blog supports our own Breathwork facilitator training, and we keep it that way.
- Medical claims. Breathwork supports people. It is not a treatment or a cure, and our co-founder Shelby, an RN, holds that line with me.
Your Bio, Your Link, Our Timeline
Every accepted piece runs with a short author bio and one do-follow link to your site or a project you choose. One link, placed in your bio. That's the whole policy, and it doesn't move mid-article.
Send your piece in the body of the email or as a Google Doc link, and tell us in a sentence or two who you are and where you'd want your link pointed. Somewhere between 800 and 1,500 words is the sweet spot. We may edit lightly for clarity and voice, and you'll see the final version before it goes live.
We read every submission. If it's a no, we say so plainly instead of leaving you hanging.
When your piece goes live, share it with your own audience. Writers who send their published article to their people get read, and that helps both of us.
Email your draft or outline to [email protected] with the subject line "Article Submission", or use the button below.
