Joseph Norris

Joseph runs TranceSENDent Breathwork in Flagstaff, where he holds a public class twice a month. He is averaging seven to eight breathers a class, and his largest so far was seventeen.

He came to the training wanting to speak about the breath with real knowledge rather than borrowed language, and he says that is what changed. When the facilitator understands what is happening in the body, the breather relaxes into it.

He is also a dad.
