What is the difference between a Breathwork course and a Breathwork certification?

A Breathwork course (like our membership) teaches you techniques for your own personal practice. A Breathwork certification (like our Teacher Training) trains you to guide others through Breathwork sessions professionally. The certification includes business training, facilitation skills, and practicum experience so you can lead your own classes.

Do I need prior experience to enroll in a Breathwork course?

How much do Breathwork courses cost?

The Unearth Your Soul Membership starts with a free 7-day trial, then $17/month. It includes the Breath Fundamentals course and a growing vault of recorded live sessions. The Liquid Breathwork Teacher Training is a separate investment that covers everything in the membership plus facilitation mastery, marketing, and group coaching. How much time does a Breathwork course require?

The membership lets you go at your own pace. Breath Fundamentals takes most students 4-6 weeks to move through at one module per week, with each lesson running 20-40 minutes. The teacher training is more intensive: expect a commitment of 6-12 months depending on how quickly you complete your practicum sessions and group calls. You control the pace on both paths.

Does the teacher training include a Breathwork facilitator credential?

Yes. Graduates of the Liquid Breathwork Teacher Training receive a facilitator credential issued by Liquid Breathwork. The program covers breath science, hypnotic guidance, space holding, trauma awareness, business development, and practicum facilitation. It is designed to prepare you to lead real classes immediately upon graduation, not just pass a theoretical exam.

Do I need prior Breathwork experience to enroll?

For the teacher training, some personal Breathwork experience is helpful but not required -- Ryan's program starts from the ground up and builds your practice alongside your facilitation skills.
