Why Learn Breathwork with Us
Both courses come from years of guiding real classes across Arizona and beyond. Ryan McBurney leads them. If you live in or near Arizona and want to train in person, start with our Breathwork certification in Arizona.
8 years guiding Breathwork, 7 breath programs behind him including 4 full certifications, and a 21-day Breath Mastery Retreat in the Baja desert with Dan Brulé. He has guided hundreds of one-on-one sessions and led groups for thousands of people. Ryan created the surrender-based method this training is built on.
Breathwork Courses FAQ
How much do Breathwork courses cost?
The Unearth Your Soul Membership starts with a free 7-day trial, then $17/month. The Liquid Breathwork Teacher Training is a separate investment. Visit the training page for current pricing and payment plans.
Are courses available online or only in-person?
Both. The membership is fully online, with guided audio sessions and recorded live classes you can use from anywhere. The teacher training runs in person over three days, or as a separate 12-week online cohort with live group calls.
How much time does a Breathwork course require?
Most students move through Breath Fundamentals in 4-6 weeks at one module per week, with lessons of 20-40 minutes. The teacher training asks more, since practicum sessions and group calls sit on top of the lessons. You set the pace on both paths.
Does the teacher training include a Breathwork facilitator credential?
Yes. Graduates receive a facilitator credential issued by Liquid Breathwork. The training is built to have you leading real classes as soon as you graduate.
Do I need prior Breathwork experience to enroll?
No. The membership works for complete beginners. For the teacher training, some personal practice helps but is not required, because the program builds your own practice alongside your facilitation skills. Many people start with the membership for a few months, then join the training.
