About Krystal Jones
Krystal is a realtor and a nurse who found Breathwork after one class elsewhere left her feeling like it was a lot. She was looking for something gentler and more supportive, and that is what led her to train with Liquid Breathwork. She now facilitates Breathwork from that same gentle, supportive approach, working from the belief that everything we need is already within us.
