She draws from breathwork, energy work, sound healing, hypnotherapy, and intuitive practices, choosing tools based on what supports the person and the moment rather than following a one-size-fits-all process.

Her approach is reflective rather than prescriptive. ReNae has a gift for noticing patterns, asking questions that open something new, and helping people recognize what they may already know beneath the noise. The goal isn’t to hand someone the answer. It’s to create enough space for their own clarity and self-trust to emerge.

She believes personal growth isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming an entirely different person. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing what no longer fits, and making increasingly intentional choices about the life you’re creating.
