Why Arizona Companies Book Breathwork Workshops for Team Building
In most team building, a few people do the work while the rest check their phones. In a Breathwork workshop everyone lies down and follows the same guided breathing pattern, executive and intern alike.
Workshop Formats and What Each One Includes
The 30-Minute Conference Energizer
A quick nervous system reset for conference breakouts, all-hands meetings, or the start of an offsite. The group does an active breathing pattern, then a short relaxation hold.
The 60-Minute Guided Workshop
Our most booked format. It opens with a short intro, then a 40-minute guided session with music, then group reflection. Teams book it for team building days, employee wellness programming, quarterly resets, and leadership offsites.
The Half-Day Wellness Workshop
A full Breathwork session, a short lesson on stress physiology and burnout, and breathing techniques the team can use daily. Sound healing, meditation, or gentle movement can be added. Best for executive teams and annual retreats.

Leadership teams also book us in Sedona and Prescott, and we run multi-day programming for retreats and masterminds.
What to Expect and What You Provide
What we bring
- A certified Breathwork facilitator
- Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks for every participant
- Sound system and music (or we connect to your AV)
- A run-of-show document for your planners
- Follow-up practices for managing stress at home
What you provide
- A room where people can lie down (roughly 25 square feet per person)

Participants need no prep. Suits and athleisure both work.
Who Books Corporate Breathwork Workshops
Usually it is HR and People Operations, who want something other than a health fair. Event planners book us for retreats and summits, managers book us after a reorg or a rough quarter, and wellness committees add it alongside existing yoga or meditation programs.
What People Tell Us After a Session
Many people live in a go-go-go, fight-or-flight state for so long that they forget what it feels like to fully relax and let their system reset. After a session, we often hear "I didn't realize how bad I needed this." Another participant put it this way: "I don't remember the last time my mind was this quiet. My mind usually never turns off."
Employees who want to keep going can use the guided sessions in our Liquid Breathwork Membership (7-day free trial, $17/month after).
Frequently Asked Questions About Corporate Breathwork Workshops
How much do corporate Breathwork workshops cost in Arizona?
A 60-minute guided workshop starts at $500 for up to 25 people, and a half-day starts at $1,500. Groups of 50 to 500+ and multi-session packages are custom quoted.
Can you facilitate a Breathwork workshop at our office or venue?
Yes. We bring everything. Conference rooms, hotel ballrooms, courtyards, co-working spaces, and resorts all work, as long as people can lie down. We work across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and statewide.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks for most workshops, four to eight for conferences and multi-day retreats. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible.
What's the minimum and maximum group size?
Minimum is 10 participants, with no hard maximum; we've led groups over 500. Groups of 10 to 30 get a more personal session; larger groups follow a more structured format.
Do participants need any Breathwork experience?
None. Every session starts with clear instructions and modifications for anyone who needs them. We've led rooms of skeptical engineers and rooms of yoga regulars. To try it yourself first, join a weekly class in Arizona or take an online Breathwork course.
