Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
We do not hold a training anywhere in Tennessee. The closest one is Atlanta, Georgia, about 250 miles by road, and there is no passenger train between the two cities. So it is the drive, or a nonstop out of BNA.
Three days, Friday to Sunday. Doors open at 8:45 Eastern. Atlanta is an hour ahead of Nashville, so that is 7:45 by a Middle Tennessee clock. Drive down Thursday, or book Friday and Saturday nights and head home Sunday evening.
Rather go north in June? Milwaukee, Wisconsin, June 2027, is a flight out of BNA. Three days there too, and the certification is the same one.

I-24 southeast past Murfreesboro, up the Cumberland Plateau, and down the Monteagle grade.
Before Chattanooga the interstate dips into Georgia for about 4 miles, and your phone jumps an hour. Atlanta runs on Eastern time. At Chattanooga you pick up I-75 the rest of the way.
Call it 250 miles. Your maps app knows the hours for the day you leave better than we do.
Southwest carries the biggest share of passengers at BNA, and both Southwest and Delta fly nonstop to ATL. Leaving the car at home? The WeGo Route 18 bus runs between BNA and downtown.
In Atlanta, MARTA's Airport station is inside the Domestic Terminal, and the Red and Gold lines run to Five Points downtown or on to Midtown. You can reach the city without a rental car.

Spring is thunderstorm season across Middle Tennessee. Check the forecast before you take on the Monteagle grade.

East Nashville and Murfreesboro sit right on I-24, so the drive to the Atlanta training starts at your front door. Franklin, about 21 miles south in Williamson County, joins the same road a little later. Either way it is one interstate to Chattanooga and a second one to Atlanta.
There is no train for this. The WeGo Star runs from downtown out to Lebanon and stops there. So it is the car, or a nonstop from BNA.
Memphis keeps the same clock as Nashville, so the hour you lose crossing into Georgia hits you too. The drive to the Atlanta training is longer from the west side of the state, so plan on Thursday night in Atlanta rather than a dawn start.

Louisville, Kentucky, Cincinnati, Ohio and St. Louis, Missouri each sit within reach of two in-person trainings. Atlanta comes first, in March 2027. Milwaukee follows in June 2027. Either one is a road trip or a flight, and both pages carry the airport details.

The pace is trauma-informed. Nothing is pushed, nobody gets shouted into a release, and the person on the mat decides how deep it goes. The modules cover contraindications and waivers, plus the integration that closes a session.
