Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
None of our 2027 trainings is a day's drive from the Metroplex. The closest is Atlanta, about two hours nonstop from DFW or Love Field, and Southwest, American and Delta all fly it. The Atlanta page covers the MARTA ride in from the airport.
Dallas side, Love Field: about six miles from downtown, with Southwest nonstops to Atlanta, Milwaukee and Phoenix.
Fort Worth side, or anywhere in between, DFW Airport: it sits between the two cities and is American's largest hub, with nonstops to all three.
Direct rail runs to DFW: DART's Orange Line from downtown Dallas to Terminal A, the Silver Line from Plano to Terminal B, and TEXRail from downtown Fort Worth to Terminal B.
One catch: the TRE train between Dallas and Fort Worth does not run on Sundays (State Fair weekends excepted), so plan the ride home from the airport before you fly.
Atlanta in March: highs in the mid 60s, nights in the mid 40s, and one of the city's wetter months, so pack a rain layer. The Atlanta page has the pollen details if spring allergies hit you.
Atlanta runs about four degrees cooler than DFW in March, so keep the layer. North Texas storm season usually starts in late March too, so give the flight some slack.

Dallas side, Love Field is the closest airport to downtown. Fort Worth side, TEXRail runs from T&P or Fort Worth Central straight to DFW Terminal B. Up in Plano, the Silver Line now reaches Terminal B too.

From Oklahoma City, first check whether a nonstop from Will Rogers to Atlanta fits your dates. If it does not, come down to the Metroplex: about 200 miles on I‑35, or Amtrak's Heartland Flyer, which runs daily from Oklahoma City through Norman and Ardmore to Fort Worth Central Station, about four hours. TEXRail leaves from the same station and continues to DFW Terminal B.

No need to route through DFW. Central and South Texas each have their own page, with the airports and trainings closest to home: Austin, Houston and San Antonio. All four Texas pages share the same 2027 calendar, so pick the one closest to home.

Weekly classes, held so consistently that three of her breathers came and got certified in Liquid Breathwork too.
Three days in a room, and by Sunday you have guided real people through a full Liquid Breathwork session. The full curriculum is on the certification page.
The pacing is trauma-informed, which in practice means the breather stays in charge. You learn to screen for who should not breathe this way, and the slow road back when a session gets big.
Then the business side: what to charge, how to fill a first room, and how to keep a practice alive after the weekend. Ryan and Shelby stay on as mentors. 55 students enrolled so far.
