Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
Liquid Breathwork has never held a training in the Pacific Northwest. Seattle in September is the first, and the first in Washington State. If you've been taking Breathwork classes in Seattle and want to lead your own, this is the weekend.
Three full days, Friday through Sunday. Arrive at 8:45, we start at 9 and finish around 5. The group stays small. You guide real people on the floor and Ryan and Shelby give you feedback on the spot.
Whether you come from Capitol Hill, Ballard or Fremont, over the lake from Bellevue and Kirkland, or up from Tacoma, you sleep in your own bed and train in your own city.

Fly into Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA). Alaska and Delta both hub there. From the airport, the Link 1 Line runs to Westlake downtown in 38 minutes, with a train every 8 to 10 minutes most of the day.
Paine Field (PAE) in Everett is the smaller option. Alaska flies a short West Coast list there, Phoenix and Portland included.
Coming from Portland? Amtrak Cascades runs Portland to Seattle in about 3.5 hours. We'll send the venue address and the easiest way to reach it once it's set.
September is the good month here. Highs around 70, mostly dry, before the October rain. Pack layers, a light rain shell and walking shoes.
With a spare afternoon, the coho are running through the fish ladder at the Ballard Locks, and the loop around Green Lake is 2.8 miles of flat path.
A Breathwork certification in Washington State that the I-5 corridor and the Inland Northwest can reach in a day. From Spokane, Portland, Tacoma, the Eastside, or Vancouver, British Columbia, open the block that fits.
It's I-90 the whole way, over Snoqualmie Pass. If you'd rather not drive, Alaska flies Spokane (GEG) to SEA nonstop in about an hour and fifteen minutes, and the Link train takes you downtown from there.
Coeur d'Alene sits about 30 miles east of Spokane, so the same airport works for the Idaho side of the Inland Northwest.
Amtrak Cascades runs Portland to Seattle in about 3.5 hours, and I-5 is the drive. The same train continues north to Vancouver, British Columbia, so it works from Canada too.

Tacoma is an Amtrak Cascades stop, and I-5 runs straight up into the city. Bellevue and Redmond: the 2 Line now crosses the lake on the I-90 floating bridge, about 20 minutes from downtown Bellevue to the International District, so you can leave the car at home.
Bainbridge Island is a 35-minute Washington State Ferries crossing into downtown Seattle. Bring a coffee and watch the skyline come up.

Weekly classes, held so consistently that three of her breathers came and got certified in Liquid Breathwork too.
Breathwork facilitator training in Seattle means a weekend on the floor, guiding. You breathe, then you facilitate, then you get feedback, and you repeat that until the method feels like yours.
The method is surrender-based and trauma-informed. The breather sets the pace, nothing is forced, and you learn how to hold the room when someone has a big release. Contraindications, waivers and insurance come with it, so you know who to screen and what to say.
Then the business side. Session rates, how to fill your first class back in Fremont or Capitol Hill, and what to do the week after you certify. Mentorship from Ryan and Shelby continues after the weekend, along with the private graduate community.
