Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
We do not run a training in Texas. Breathwork training for San Antonio is a flight either way, and a real choice: Scottsdale and Atlanta sit almost the same distance from home, about 980 miles each way, west on I-10 or east. Pick by month, not mileage.
West is Scottsdale, Arizona in February, dated and on the certification page. Miss it and the Phoenix area comes around again in November 2027.
East is Atlanta in March. Exact dates and venue TBD, so keep an eye on that page.
Three days either way, Friday to Sunday. In the room by 8:45, start at 9, done around 5. Most people fly in Thursday.
Arizona never changes its clocks, so Scottsdale runs an hour behind San Antonio in February. Atlanta runs an hour ahead in March.
SAT sits about 8 miles north of downtown and flies nonstop to both cities. Southwest covers Phoenix and Atlanta, Delta adds Atlanta.
VIA Route 5 runs airport to downtown every day, about 30 minutes. Board at the far west end of Terminal B, lower roadway.
Phoenix is Sky Harbor, a Southwest and American hub. There is no light rail into Scottsdale, so plan a ride from the airport.
Atlanta is Hartsfield-Jackson. MARTA rail runs from the Domestic Terminal straight into downtown.
Driving is about 980 miles either way, most of two days on I-10 to Arizona. Book the flight.
Scottsdale in February feels a lot like home. Highs near 71 against San Antonio's 67, nights near 49 against 45, about half the rain. Bring layers for the cool desert mornings.
February also brings the Phoenix Open to Scottsdale, so book your room early.
Atlanta in March runs highs in the mid 60s and nights in the mid 40s. About 8 degrees cooler than a San Antonio March, so pack a real jacket.
Tree pollen peaks in late March up there. If it sets you off, pack the allergy medicine. A blocked nose and a Breathwork training do not mix.
Two things people ask before they book. Open the one you need.
New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo and Seguin on the Comal and Guadalupe side. Boerne at the edge of the Hill Country. Alamo Heights just north of downtown, Stone Oak up past Loop 1604. Everyone flies out of SAT, and the nonstops to Phoenix and Atlanta leave from the same airport.

Three days in a room is enough to learn how to hold one. You breathe, then you guide, and Ryan and Shelby give you feedback while you are doing it.
The pacing is trauma-informed. The breather sets the speed and nothing gets forced. Safety training is part of the curriculum, and so is the business side: pricing, and filling your first sessions once you are back home.
