Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
Atlanta is the only Southeast city on our 2027 calendar. If you live anywhere from Nashville down to Miami, this is the closest one.
Three days, Friday to Sunday. Arrive at 8:45, we start at 9, and you finish around 5.

Weighing Atlanta (March 2027) against Washington, D.C. (May 2027) or New York (October 2027)? The East Coast page lays all three out side by side. Coming down from Chicago or Minneapolis? Milwaukee (June 2027) is closer to home, and those pages weigh both.
Fly into ATL, Hartsfield-Jackson. It is Delta's main hub, with nonstops from most US cities.
You do not need a rental car to reach the city. MARTA's Airport station sits at the west end of the Domestic Terminal, by baggage claim. The Red and Gold lines run north through Five Points downtown and on to Midtown.
Locals split the metro at the Perimeter, the I-285 loop around the city. ITP is inside it, OTP is outside, with Alpharetta and Roswell OTP to the north. Book your room after the venue is settled. ITP and OTP are different commutes.
Come in Thursday if you can. The BeltLine's Eastside Trail runs from the corner of Piedmont Park past Ponce City Market into Old Fourth Ward and Inman Park. Walk it the evening before day one.
Highs in the mid 60s, nights in the mid 40s, and March is one of Atlanta's wetter months. Pack layers and a rain shell.
Tree pollen peaks in late March. The yellow dust on every car is pine, but oak and birch cause most of the sneezing. If tree pollen gets you, bring your allergy medicine. Three days of deep breathing through a stuffed nose is no fun.
Atlanta is the hub for the whole region. Open the block for where you live.
Birmingham is about 150 miles on I-20. Chattanooga is about 120 miles down I-75, and Knoxville is a longer haul on the same interstate. All three are one interstate the whole way.
One catch for Alabama: you are on Central time and Atlanta is Eastern, so you lose an hour on the drive in. We would rather you sleep in Atlanta Thursday night and walk in rested at 8:45 than leave Birmingham in the dark.

Charlotte and the Triangle each have their own page, because for you Atlanta and Washington, D.C. are a real choice: Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham. The rest of the Carolinas, coast and mountains, is covered on the Charlotte page.
From Savannah and the Georgia coast, it is about 250 miles up I-16 and I-75. If you want all three eastern dates on one screen, the East Coast page does that.
From Florida or Texas you fly, and ATL is built for it. Land at the Domestic Terminal and MARTA is at the west end by baggage claim.
Each of these pages lays out the closest dates from home. Florida: Miami, Orlando, Tampa. Texas: Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio.

Three days in a room is the fast way to learn to hold Breathwork for other people. You breathe, you facilitate, you get feedback, then you do it again.
The method is surrender-based. No screaming, no forced catharsis. The breather sets the pace, and you learn to read a room, pace a session, and screen for who should not breathe this way.
