Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
We do not hold a training anywhere in Florida. Atlanta in March 2027 is the closest Breathwork certification for South Florida, and the only Southeast training on our 2027 calendar.
Friday to Sunday, three days in the room. Doors at 8:45, start at 9, done around 5. Most people fly up Thursday or take the first flight out Friday morning.
Washington, D.C. in May 2027 is the second option, a little longer in the air. Or skip the airport and train online from Brickell, Coral Gables, or wherever home is.
Nonstops to Atlanta leave from both MIA and FLL, about two hours in the air.
From MIA, the MIA Mover links the terminal to the Miami Intermodal Center, where Metrorail's Orange Line and Tri-Rail stop. If you live near a Metrorail station, you never touch the parking garage.
From FLL, Tri-Rail and Brightline both run shuttle buses from their stations to the lower level of the terminals.
On the Atlanta end, land at the Domestic Terminal and downtown is a short MARTA ride. No rental car needed.
Driving is about 660 miles, a full day on I-75 and the Florida Turnpike. Fly.
Miami in March sits near 80 by day and the mid 60s at night. Atlanta in March runs highs in the mid 60s and nights in the mid 40s. Pack real layers and a rain shell. Spring allergies? The Atlanta page has the pollen note.
Calle Ocho falls on a Sunday in March, so check the Atlanta dates against it before you book. If May suits you better, Washington, D.C. is milder still: highs in the mid 70s, lows near 60.
Two things to settle before you book from the tri-county area. Open the one that fits.
Nonstops to Atlanta also leave from FLL, the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood airport, and the Tri-Rail shuttle to its terminals is free for Tri-Rail riders. Brightline stops at Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach and runs its own shuttle to FLL. West Palm Beach also has its own airport, with Delta nonstops to Atlanta every day.
Tri-Rail runs through all three counties, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade, and stops at Miami Airport station, so MIA and FLL both work without a car.
Searching for a Breathwork certification near Fort Lauderdale lands you in the same place: the Atlanta training in March 2027.
Atlanta (March 2027) is closer and comes first. Washington, D.C. (May 2027) is about two and a half hours in the air, and nonstops leave from both MIA and FLL.
Same three days, same certification. Pick the month that fits your calendar. If neither does, the East Coast page has New York in October.

This training is about holding a room for Breathwork specifically: reading the breather in front of you, and knowing who should not breathe this way.
The method is surrender-based. Nobody screams and nothing is pushed. The breather sets the pace, and you learn to hold that, with integration support after.
