Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
Atlanta, Georgia in March 2027 is the closest training to Charlotte by road, one interstate the whole way, and the earlier of the two on the calendar. It is also our only Southeast training in 2027.
Washington, D.C. in May 2027 is the other close one, a short American nonstop from CLT to Reagan National.
Either way it is 3 days, Friday to Sunday: arrive at 8:45, start at 9, done around 5. Most people drive to Atlanta Thursday evening or early Friday, and fly to D.C.

CLT sits about six miles west of Uptown and is American's second-largest hub. Delta and American fly nonstop to Atlanta; American flies nonstop to Reagan National. In Atlanta, a short MARTA ride from the Domestic Terminal and you are downtown. At DCA, a short Metro ride and you are in the city.
Leaving the car at home? The Sprinter bus runs between Uptown and the CLT terminal.
Driving, I-85 runs from Charlotte through Gastonia, Spartanburg and Greenville straight into Atlanta, about 245 miles. D.C. is about 400 miles, so most people fly. The overnight Crescent also stops at Charlotte on its way to Atlanta.
Atlanta in March runs a little milder than home, nights in the mid 40s. Pack home clothes and a rain shell. Pollen sufferers, the Atlanta page has a note for you.
D.C. in May has Charlotte's nights and runs a few degrees cooler by day.

Upstate readers are already on I-85, partway to Atlanta. Greenville and Spartanburg sit on the same corridor, and the overnight Crescent stops in both on its way south. GSP flies nonstop to Atlanta and to Reagan National.
Rock Hill, South Carolina is the south side of the Charlotte metro, about 26 miles down I-77. From there, Atlanta in March is the easy first look, and the Atlanta page has the MARTA and packing details.
Asheville, North Carolina and Charleston, South Carolina both sit on I-26, which meets I-85 at Spartanburg and runs on through Columbia to the coast. Both airports have a year-round Delta nonstop to Atlanta and an American Eagle nonstop to Reagan National.
From Asheville and Charlotte, Atlanta in March is the closest Breathwork certification North Carolina drivers can reach. Washington, D.C. in May is the other option. Neither month fit? Try New York in October, on the East Coast page.

Safety gets real time: who should not breathe this way, and how to hold someone steady when a session goes deep. Pacing is trauma-informed throughout.
