Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
Breathwork certification for Tampa Bay means a trip. Atlanta is the closest training to you and the only one in the Southeast on our 2027 calendar. Washington, D.C. in May 2027 is the next option.
It runs Friday to Sunday. Arrive at 8:45, start at 9, done around 5. Most people fly up Thursday evening or first thing Friday, or drive up Thursday and sleep in Atlanta.
Whether home is Seminole Heights, Hyde Park or across the bay in St. Pete, the trip is the same: TPA or I-75.
Delta, Southwest and Frontier fly TPA to Atlanta nonstop, about 90 minutes in the air. St. Pete and Clearwater readers fly out of TPA too, since the Atlanta nonstops leave from there.
TPA is one central building for tickets and bags, with people movers out to the gates.
On the Atlanta end, land at the Domestic Terminal and downtown is a short MARTA ride.
About 455 miles up I-75, most of a day in the car. Leave Thursday and sleep in Atlanta.
Tampa in March sits near 78 by day and 59 at night. Atlanta in March runs highs in the mid 60s and nights in the mid 40s. Pack a real jacket and a rain layer.

Washington, D.C. in May 2027 is kinder to a Floridian: highs in the mid 70s, lows near 60.

Breathwork certification from St. Petersburg starts with a bridge. Whether you live in the Old Northeast or the Grand Central District, the Gandy or the Howard Frankland takes you over the bay to TPA, and the Atlanta nonstops leave from there.
If you would rather not park, PSTA buses stop at the platform by TPA's Rental Car Center, a SkyConnect ride from baggage claim. SunRunner is handy for getting around St. Pete, but it does not go to the airport.

Atlanta (March 2027) is the only one you can drive to in a day. Washington, D.C. (May 2027) has nonstops from TPA too, a little longer in the air than Atlanta, and nobody drives it for a weekend.
Pick by your calendar. Neither room is better than the other, and you learn the same method in both.
