Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.

Whichever way you go, it's Friday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm, and you want to be in the room by 8:45 on Friday. A Thursday flight keeps that morning calm. Snacks are on us. Plan your own meals.
Your trip starts about 6 miles southwest of downtown. The airport became OKC Will Rogers International in 2024 (it used to be Will Rogers World), and most people just say "Will Rogers."
It's the busiest airport in Oklahoma. Delta goes nonstop to Atlanta. Southwest and American Eagle go nonstop to Phoenix. Milwaukee is the one that takes a connection.
Thinking past March? Will Rogers also flies nonstop to Salt Lake City, Washington, D.C. and New York, so those later 2027 trainings are a single flight too.
Atlanta in March: highs in the mid 60s, nights in the mid 40s, pack a rain layer. That's a few degrees milder than March at Will Rogers, which runs low 60s by day and about 40 at night.
You're trading Oklahoma's spring storms for Georgia pollen. Late March is Atlanta's tree pollen peak. The yellow dust is pine, but oak and birch cause most of the symptoms.
This is a breath training. If trees get to you, bring your allergy medicine.
Outside the city limits? Pick your corner of the state.
Edmond sits in Oklahoma County, part of the same metro, and it's the fifth largest city in Oklahoma. It's also home to the University of Central Oklahoma.
Norman is about 20 miles south. It's the third largest city in the state and home to the University of Oklahoma.
From either one, you fly out of Will Rogers on the same Atlanta and Phoenix nonstops as everyone downtown.
Breathwork certification for anywhere in Oklahoma comes down to the same choice, east or west. The Turner Turnpike (I‑44) links Oklahoma City and Tulsa, but Tulsa folks can skip it for this trip.
Tulsa International, about 5 miles northeast of downtown Tulsa, has its own Delta nonstop to Atlanta. Southwest and American Eagle fly from there to Phoenix as well. Like Will Rogers, it has no nonstop to Milwaukee.

You breathe first. Every session you'll lead later, you sit through yourself.
Then you take the guide's seat. The breather sets the pace and you follow it, trauma-informed. Safety gets real time: screening, who should sit a session out, and asking before any hands-on support.
The business side covers pricing, booking and filling a room, if you want to lead sessions around the 405. Mentorship carries on after Sunday. 55 students enrolled so far.
Back home, keep breathing outside: Scissortail Park beside the Myriad Gardens, or the trails around Lake Hefner.
