What You Walk Away With

Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.

Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.

We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.

Breathwork Training From Providence, by Rail

We don't teach in Providence, Rhode Island, or anywhere else in the state. The closest Breathwork certification for Rhode Island is our New York training (October 15-17): three days, Friday to Sunday, with Ryan and Shelby.

The trip starts downtown. Providence station is on the Acela line, so you board at home and step off at Moynihan Train Hall about three and a half hours later.

Rather go in spring? Washington, D.C. runs May 21-23, and from here that one is a short flight.

Both venues are TBD. Flexible refund policy. Transfer or refund within 30 days of dates and location being settled.

In person in New York

Ride down to New York for a Friday to Sunday training, 9am to 6pm each day. You guide real breathers while Ryan and Shelby coach you in the room.

Next: Oct 15-17 · $1,997

Online from home

The Acela can wait. The online group gets the same curriculum through 12 weeks of live calls with Ryan and Shelby and lessons you watch on your own time.

Train, Plane or the Drive Down

Nonstop from T. F. GreenA short flight to Reagan National, Dulles or BWIWashington, D.C. in May

T. F. Green sits in Warwick, and an elevated walkway connects the terminal to its own MBTA stop. There's a JFK nonstop too, though the train skips the airport transfer altogether.

Looking at the Phoenix cards above? T. F. Green has no Phoenix nonstop, so those trips connect.

Driving is a few hours down I-95. However you travel, come down the night before. Day one starts at 9am.

October in New York

Expect highs in the 60s, cooler nights. Afternoons feel about like home, and nights run a few degrees milder than a Providence October. The ride crosses southern New England in foliage season, so bring a layer and look out the window.

Going in May instead? D.C. means highs in the mid 70s, lows near 60, warmer than a Providence May.

Coming from across New England

Find your corner of the map.

Warwick, Cranston, Pawtucket and East Providence

Live on the East Side, down in Fox Point or over on Federal Hill? Providence station is close by, and that's where everyone boards for New York. Cranston and East Providence both border the city, so the station is a short trip from either.

Pawtucket and Central Falls have their own stop on the MBTA Providence/Stoughton Line, one station north, so the commuter train pulls into the same station as Amtrak. Warwick is home to T. F. Green, which has a stop on the same line. Want a class before the trip? Find Breathwork around Warwick.

East Bay, Newport and Southeastern Massachusetts

The East Bay Bike Path starts at India Point Park and follows Narragansett Bay through East Providence, Barrington and Warren to Bristol. If that's your Saturday ride, you already know the way back toward downtown.

From Tiverton or Newport, or from Fall River and New Bedford across the Massachusetts line, head to Providence station for New York or to T. F. Green for D.C. in May. Want a class closer to home first? Start with the best Breathwork around Tiverton.

South County: Kingston and Westerly

South County can skip the drive north. Northeast Regional trains stop at Kingston and Westerly on the way to New York. The Acela doesn't stop at Kingston. It runs past the platforms at full speed.

For May, the Acela to Washington takes about six and a half hours, so flying makes more sense: T. F. Green has nonstops to Reagan National, Dulles and BWI. See the Washington, D.C. page. Choosing between New York, D.C. and Atlanta? The East Coast page puts all three side by side.

What the Training Covers

Days run 9am to 6pm, and Ryan and Shelby co-teach every one. You learn the Liquid Breathwork method by guiding real people, with coaching as you go. Read the full curriculum.

The pacing is trauma-informed. The breather sets the speed, nothing gets pushed, and you learn the safety screening that happens before a session starts.

Then the business side: what to charge and how to fill your first groups back home. See who already leads Breathwork in Providence. Until October, practice where you already breathe easy: India Point Park, Roger Williams Park, or the downtown rivers on a WaterFire night.

Mentorship from Ryan and Shelby keeps going once you're home.
