Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
Houston Breathwork training means a trip out of Texas. March in Atlanta is closest, about two hours in the air. June in Milwaukee is the other option, a United nonstop from Bush. The Scottsdale and Phoenix area dates live on the main certification page.
Both run Friday to Sunday: in the room by 8:45, start at 9, done around 5. Fly in Thursday night.
Atlanta runs an hour ahead of Houston, so that 9 a.m. start feels like 8. Milwaukee is on Houston time.
Whether home is Montrose, the Heights or out past Beltway 8, the trip starts the same way: Hobby or Bush.
Hobby, about 7 miles from downtown, is Southwest country. Bush Intercontinental is United's hub, 23 miles north. Both fly nonstop to Atlanta in about two hours. For June, United flies nonstop from Bush to Milwaukee.
No car? METRO's Route 500 bus links downtown with both airports every 30 minutes. The rail lines reach neither one.
Pearland and Clear Lake sit on Hobby's side of town, The Woodlands on Bush's.
On the Atlanta end, land at the Domestic Terminal and downtown is a short MARTA ride. The Atlanta page and the Milwaukee page cover the ground from there.
Atlanta in March runs about eight degrees cooler than home: highs in the mid 60s, nights in the mid 40s. Pack layers and a rain shell. Tree pollen peaks in late March. Bring the allergy medicine if it gets you.
June in Milwaukee tops out in the mid 70s, nights in the high 50s: roughly fifteen degrees cooler by day than a Houston June. Bring a layer for the lakefront.

Breathwork teacher training for Houston starts with picking an airport. The Woodlands sits on Bush's side of town. Sugar Land, Pearland and Clear Lake sit closer to Hobby. Katy is about even, so book whichever nonstop fits your day.
On the online track, you practice between calls wherever you breathe easiest. The Seymour Lieberman trail at Memorial Park works. So does a bench along Buffalo Bayou.

From New Orleans, Atlanta is the training to aim for: March 2027, exact dates and venue TBD. Delta and Southwest fly MSY to Atlanta nonstop in about an hour and a half. Driving is about 470 miles.
MSY sits in Kenner, about 11 miles west of downtown New Orleans. For June there is no MSY to Milwaukee nonstop, so plan on a connection.
