Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.
Whichever format you choose, you train directly with Ryan and Shelby in a small cohort, and you keep the graduate community and mentorship long after your final day.
We built the online cohort for people who can't travel, or who simply want to start online. Whatever your reason, it gets you there. That said, if you can make an in-person intensive work, we always encourage it. Breathing in a room with your cohort is something a screen can't fully recreate.
Orlando Breathwork training means leaving the state. Atlanta in March 2027 is the closest training to Central Florida and the only Southeast stop on our 2027 calendar.
You are in the room Friday morning through Sunday afternoon. Arrive at 8:45, breathe by 9, finish near 5. Drivers leave Thursday. Most flyers take an early flight Friday or come up the night before.
The drive is a real option here. So is the flight. Both are laid out below.
Washington, D.C. comes second, in May 2027. And the online training needs no airport at all: Thornton Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, your living room.
Fly out of MCO. It is the busiest airport in Florida, six miles southeast of downtown, and nonstops to Atlanta leave all day, most of them Delta.
Sanford has no Atlanta nonstop, so Seminole County flies from MCO too. SunRail does not reach the airport yet: get off at Sand Lake Road and finish by Lynx bus or a ride.
On the Atlanta end, land at the Domestic Terminal and downtown is a short MARTA ride. Skip the rental car for the weekend and let the train do the driving.
About 440 miles: SR 408 to the Turnpike, the Turnpike to I-75, then I-75 straight up to Atlanta. Call it most of a day. Leave Thursday and sleep before you breathe.
Orlando in March runs highs near 79 and lows in the mid 50s. Atlanta in March runs highs in the mid 60s and nights in the mid 40s. Pack layers and a rain shell. Allergy-prone? The Atlanta page covers pollen season.
Prefer May? Washington, D.C. that month runs highs in the mid 70s and lows near 60.
Three trips we hear about from around the metro. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Jacksonville, Florida readers have a shorter trip than Orlando does. JAX sits 13 miles north of downtown Jacksonville, and Delta and Frontier both fly nonstop to Atlanta, a short hop well under two hours. Driving is about 345 miles, I-10 west to I-75 north.
For the May option, JAX has nonstops to all three Washington, D.C. airports. Either way you land on the same Atlanta training in March 2027. Want a class first? Breathwork classes near Jacksonville is our directory of what runs there.
A Breathwork certification for Central Florida starts the same way for everyone in the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford metro: get to MCO. Sanford's airport has no Atlanta nonstop, and SunRail stops short of the terminal, so a Winter Park rider gets off at Sand Lake Road and covers the last stretch by bus or by ride.
Drivers from Kissimmee and Lake County pick up the Turnpike and follow it to I-75. Everyone ends up in the same room in Atlanta.
Atlanta (March 2027) is closest and comes first. Washington, D.C. (May 2027) is a little over two hours in the air, with nonstops from MCO to both DCA and IAD. Nobody drives to D.C. for a weekend. That one is a flight.
Both end in the same certification, so choose by calendar. October brings New York, listed on the East Coast page.

Both work. Flying MCO to ATL is under two hours in the air, and downtown is a short MARTA ride from the Domestic Terminal. Driving is about 440 miles on the Turnpike and I-75, most of a day, so leave Thursday. Fly if you would rather not lose Thursday. Drive if you want your own car up there.
