The free "Find Breathwork Near Me" tool (and what it's good for)
Use it to find:
- An in-person Breathwork class or Breathwork workshop in your city
- A session while traveling, when a hotel room is all you have
- Facilitators and providers you haven't found through search
Start on my page for breathwork classes near me. Popular cities have their own pages, breathwork in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Austin, Los Angeles, Denver, Miami, and New York, and more get added as I go.
Google can miss events on Eventbrite or small teacher websites. This tool pulls them into one place, so you get to "Oh, there's one on Thursday" fast.
How I use the tool to find breathwork sessions in any city
- Type in your location, like Austin, Texas or Phoenix, Arizona.
- Scroll the classes. You'll see providers and dates.
- Click "see details" or "view on provider."
- Check the time, exact location, pricing, and what to bring.
Open "See details" before you book
Classes vary a lot. One is paired with a sound bath, another is music-forward. A slow, gentle class and one that feels like your nervous system ran a 5K can share a title. Read the full page before you book.
If your city has no classes (or you want to breathe from bed)
Some cities have one class every full moon. If nothing shows up, go online.
Our online Breathwork classes include:
- Guided Breathwork audios you can breathe along to
- Recordings from in-person classes, captured with high-quality audio (we wear mics), so you hear the room breathing together
Put in headphones, lie down on your bed, no driving. There's a 7-day free trial. After that, it's $17/month if you decide to stay.
What Liquid Breathwork is and how it feels
Breathwork is conscious connected breathing for a set period (often 3, 5, or 10 minutes), sometimes followed by breath holds. Liquid Breathwork moves in rounds: active breathing, breath holds, then active breathing again. It feels like a wave.
- Surrender and relaxation come first. The session turns inward, not toward outward expression.
- The "sigh of relief" is a core tool. You'll be cued to sigh, soften, and let your body settle.
The breathing is active, but the session stays grounded. One of my favorite pieces of feedback: it felt like "crowd surfing on the breath." You're still doing the work, but the room holds you.
