Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. The weekend is 24 live hours. That covers most of the 30 training hours Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

This is our one training in Utah, and most of the Wasatch Front can drive in each morning.
Ogden, Provo, Orem, Lehi, Draper and Park City all count as home for this training, so nobody in Northern Utah, Utah Valley or the Silicon Slopes needs a flight or a hotel. FrontRunner does not reach Park City, so Wasatch Back teachers drive all three days. St. George sits at the far end of the state and comes up I-15.
Boise is closer to Salt Lake City than to any other training we run. The nonstop is about 1 hour 15 minutes, or you drive down.
Las Vegas is further down the same I-15 that brings St. George up. Southwest flies LAS to Salt Lake City nonstop in about an hour and a half, and Reno is about the same in the air. Come up the day before, since the Friday start is 9am.
Delta, Frontier, Southwest and United fly Denver to Salt Lake City nonstop in about 90 minutes. The A Line gets you from Union Station to DEN in about 37 minutes, and from Boulder the AB1 skyRide takes about 80. Salt Lake City sits around 4,300 feet, about a thousand feet lower than Denver.
Phoenix is about 1 hour 40 minutes away by air, but Arizona teachers have trainings at home: see yoga continuing education near Phoenix. From Albuquerque, Delta flies nonstop to Salt Lake City.

Weekly classes, held so consistently that three of her breathers came and got certified in Liquid Breathwork too.
You already cue the breath in class, in pranayama or before savasana. This training teaches you to hold a whole Breathwork session: the active rounds, the holds, and the long quiet after.
Fold it into the end of a class, or run it as a stand-alone workshop where you already teach. You guide real breathers in the room, and Ryan and Shelby give you notes on the spot.
