This Breathless Expeditions review covers Johannes Egberts' 10-week Breathwork facilitator training from Australia. The question: a wide toolkit of techniques, or a deeper focus on surrender, taught live in the US?

The range is real: fast-paced release work, performance, gentle regulating techniques and breath retraining. They also list weekly practice labs and a money-back guarantee tied to full participation.
Weigh the fit. Live calls cover all time zones, but the in-person immersion is built around Australia. To train in the US, our Breathwork certification runs 3 days near Phoenix, or 12 weeks online, and goes deep on one method.
These lessons show where we go deep instead of wide: one session style, led safely from start to finish.
What we don't teach: We don't teach or certify the Breathless model. We don't train cold water immersion instructors, and we don't teach their breath retraining protocols for asthma, panic and sleep. If you need those, train with them.
