Space Requirements

We're based in Phoenix and also lead remote sessions. In person, we need a room where everyone can lie down. A cleared conference room works, and so do hotel ballrooms and outdoor venues.

How to Pitch It to Leadership

A 2023 meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials found breathwork was associated with lower self-reported stress than control conditions, a small-to-medium effect (Fincham et al., Scientific Reports 2023, PubMed 36624160). Unlike a one-time speaker, it also leaves people with a skill they can use on their own.
