Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. The Atlanta weekend is 24 live hours, most of the 30 that Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

We do not hold a training in North Carolina. Atlanta is the closest, and the earlier of the two dates within reach of Charlotte. You can drive it, ride it or fly it.
I-85 leaves Charlotte heading southwest through Gastonia, Spartanburg and Greenville, and it is still I-85 when you reach Atlanta. About 245 miles on one road.
No driving: the overnight Crescent stops in Charlotte on its way to Atlanta.
CLT sits about six miles west of Uptown and is American's second-largest hub. Delta and American both fly nonstop to ATL. The Sprinter bus runs from Uptown to the terminal, so the car can stay home.
In Atlanta, MARTA's Airport station is at the west end of the Domestic Terminal, by baggage claim, and the train runs downtown.
Atlanta in March runs a little milder than Charlotte, with nights in the mid 40s. Bring a layer for the evenings. Pollen sufferers, the Atlanta page has a note for you.
Rock Hill, South Carolina is the south side of the Charlotte metro, about 26 miles down I-77. Everything above works for you too: the I-85 drive, the Crescent from Charlotte, and the CLT nonstops.
You are already on I-85 and partway to Atlanta. The Crescent stops in both Greenville and Spartanburg, and GSP flies nonstop to ATL. GSP also flies nonstop to Reagan National, which helps if May in D.C. suits you better.
Both cities sit on I-26, which meets I-85 at Spartanburg. Both airports have a Delta nonstop to Atlanta and an American Eagle nonstop to Reagan National, so either of our two dates is one flight away.
Washington, D.C., May 21-23, is about 400 miles from Charlotte, so most people fly American from CLT to Reagan National. D.C. in May has Charlotte's nights and runs a few degrees cooler by day. See yoga continuing education near Washington, D.C.

Pranayama gives your students a few minutes of breath. A Breathwork session is a full arc: active breathing, the holds, then a long rest on the mat. In Atlanta you learn to lead the whole thing.
You practice on real breathers in the room, with Ryan and Shelby giving notes as you go. Back home, end a class with it, or build it into a weekend workshop where you teach.
