Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. Three days in Atlanta give you 24 live hours. That covers most of the 30 Yoga Alliance asks for in each three-year cycle.

We do not hold a training in Florida. Atlanta is the nearest one, and the only Southeast training on our 2027 calendar. Flying is the easy way. The drive is doable if you give it a whole day.
Delta, Southwest and Frontier each run TPA to ATL nonstop. Wheels up to wheels down is about 90 minutes.
TPA keeps check-in and bags in one central building, and people movers take you out to the gates. On the Atlanta side, MARTA leaves from the Domestic Terminal for the city, so a rental car is optional.
Get on I‑75 north and stay on it. That is the whole route, and it eats most of a day.
Leave Thursday and sleep in Atlanta, so Friday morning starts on a mat, not behind the wheel. You also have your own car for the weekend.
Tampa in March sits near 78 by day and 59 at night. Atlanta that month tops out in the mid 60s and drops to the mid 40s after dark. Pack a jacket and a rain layer.
You live on the Tampa side of the bay, so the trip starts with a short run to TPA or straight onto I-75 north. No bridge to cross first.
From the Old Northeast or the Grand Central District, take the Gandy or the Howard Frankland across the bay to TPA. That is where the Atlanta nonstops leave from.
Rather skip airport parking? PSTA buses stop by TPA's Rental Car Center, and SkyConnect runs from there to baggage claim. The SunRunner does not go to the airport.
Same plan as St. Pete: over the bay to TPA and onto an Atlanta nonstop. The Breathwork certification near Tampa page has more on the Pinellas side of the trip.
Washington, D.C., May 21-23, has nonstops from TPA too, a little longer in the air than Atlanta. Late May there runs in the mid 70s, easier on a Floridian than Atlanta in March. Same three days, same 24 live hours to log. See yoga continuing education near Washington, D.C.

Many yoga classes end with a few minutes of breath. Atlanta teaches you to hold a full Breathwork session, from the first round of active breathing to the quiet at the end.
You practice on real breathers in the room, and Ryan and Shelby give you notes as you go. Back in Tampa, fold it into a slow evening class or run it as its own workshop.
