Breathwork facilitator training in Lake Tahoe is a short list, even counting Reno. The local field is thin: one Reno program with an optional retreat, one 9-day training in Mendocino, and ours.

Yes, but few. Liquid Breathwork holds a 3-day in-person training in South Lake Tahoe on July 23-25, 2027. Breath of Gold in Reno pairs an online program with an optional retreat, and Spirit Camp runs 9 days in Mendocino.
Only one nearby program publishes a price: Spirit Camp lists its 9-day Mendocino training from $3,200 plus lodging. Breath of Gold does not publish a price for its program or its Reno retreat. The Liquid Breathwork Lake Tahoe training is $1,997, not including lodging or meals.
No. Most people fly into Reno-Tahoe International, about an hour from South Lake Tahoe. Sacramento is about 2 hours up US-50. Breath of Gold teaches mostly online, so only its retreat needs a trip.
Time and pace. A long program spreads lectures, homework and practice over months. A 3-day training teaches the whole method in the room at once, then you finish your practice sessions at home.
