Breathwork facilitator training in Milwaukee comes down to two in-person options for 2027. The local field is thin: one Milwaukee program runs a residential week north of the city, and we run a 3-day cohort in town.

A residential week gives you what 3 days cannot: five days away, Breathwork in water, and levels you can keep climbing. Transformations lists certified practitioners across Wisconsin, and counselors may value their NBCC approval.
Three days with both of us in the room gives you something else: you learn to open, structure and close a session, with the people who built the method watching. One weekend away, not a week. Our Breathwork certification hub has the full curriculum, and our Breathwork classes let you feel a session first.

How to choose: Compare contact hours, not just days. Ask whose method you are certified in and who will actually be in the room. Then add the full cost: tuition, lodging, food and travel.

Liquid Breathwork's Milwaukee training is $1,997 early bird, then $2,497, not including lodging or meals. Transformations had not published 2027 tuition when we checked on October 25, 2026. Their 2025 residential week was $1,995 double occupancy, with lodging and meals included.
No. Transformations' week is residential, so you stay on site. From Chicago, the Amtrak Hiawatha reaches Milwaukee Downtown in about 1 hour 29 minutes. We found no Breathwork facilitator training with published 2027 in-person dates in Chicago itself.
A 200-hour program spreads its hours over months, usually with more techniques and supervised practice. A 3-day training is concentrated: one method in one trip, then practice at home with mentorship. Neither Milwaukee option is sold as a 200-hour program.
