The longer paths give you something 3 days cannot: time. If you want one lineage, learned level by level, that is a real advantage.
Our Breathwork certification gives you something a months-long path cannot. Ryan and Shelby are in the room all 3 days, and by Sunday you have led full sessions yourself. Already sitting in Breathwork classes in the city? This is how you start leading them.
These lessons are the facilitation core you practice in those 3 days.
How to choose: Weigh hours against days, and ask what you practice in each. Check the lineage: two options teach David Elliott's method. Ask whether the founder is in the room. Then add travel, housing and meals to tuition.

Yes, but the list is short. Maha Rose in Brooklyn runs Level 1 of David Elliott's healer training. His full Levels 1 to 5 run at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, and Frequency Breathwork meets in Branford, Connecticut.
Published tuition runs from $2,395 at Omega, housing extra, to $3,000 per level at Frequency Breathwork. Maha Rose does not list a price. Our Washington, D.C. training is $1,997, and online is $1,497.
No. Omega and Frequency are residential, outside the city, and our nearest in-person training is in Washington, D.C., about 3 hours on Amtrak from Penn Station. You can also train with us online.
A 200-hour program spreads the work over months of weekends and online modules. A 3-day training is one intensive with the teachers in the room, then practice and mentorship at home. Each school sets its own hours.
