The curriculum is wide: more than 50 listed techniques across Yogic, Taoist, Tibetan and Sufi traditions, plus a 200-page manual. Practicum days with live feedback are a real plus.
Weigh the logistics. Classes run weekday evenings, in-person days are in Los Angeles only, and all sales are final (deferral allowed). Their site shows both $2,700 and $2,800 as full price, so confirm first.

These lessons go deep on leading the session itself.
What we don't teach: Holistic Breathwork or its five-elements framework, and we offer no Yoga Alliance hours. If you need those, train with them.
