This InnerCamp Breathwork review covers their Holosomatic® Breathwork Facilitator Training. The real question: a long European program with many styles, or one style taught live in the US?

InnerCamp figures from innercamp.com, checked October 25, 2026. Prices change, so confirm on their site.
The structure is serious: reviewed assignments, supervised recordings of your sessions, and a final exam. Trauma-informed practice runs through all of it.
Weigh the distance and the clock. The in-person days are in Spain, and the live calls run 6:30 to 9 PM CET, which lands midday for US students.
Their Meta ads say the November hybrid is the last standalone run, and that from 2027 Breathwork, Bodywork and Energy merge into one Holosomatic Method Certification. Their site still lists a February 2027 hybrid, so ask which program you are buying.
Our Breathwork certification goes the other way: one style, taught live by two teachers. Try one of our Breathwork classes.
These lessons cover the facilitation skills a buyer compares most closely with InnerCamp.
What we don't teach: We don't teach or certify the Holosomatic® Method. We also skip the cacao ceremony course bundled with their training and the Tantra and Kundalini work in their Energy training. If you need those, train with them.

On October 25, 2026 their site listed online from $2,600 and hybrid from $3,750 (online from €2,250). Deposits are $600 online and $1,200 hybrid. Check their site for current prices.
They list Complementary Medical Association (CMA) accreditation, 300 CPD credits and International Breathwork Foundation membership. They note that insurance depends on your provider and country.
InnerCamp teaches five Breathwork styles over 300 hours. We teach one surrender-based conscious connected style in depth, live near Phoenix or online, with both teachers on every cohort.
