Insight publishes its full curriculum: functional breathing, the nervous system, trauma, non-ordinary states, supportive touch and business. The guarantee is plain too. Two weeks of live calls, or 14 days self-paced, then a full refund if it isn't right.
Everything is online, on Australian time. Their FAQ lists conditions that rule people out, including high blood pressure, pregnancy and diabetes, so read it before you enroll. Our Breathwork certification is taught live, and you can feel the style first at one of our Breathwork classes.
These lessons cover the ground of Insight's nervous system and trauma modules.
What we don't teach: We don't teach or certify the Insight method, offer Human Design readings, or issue certificates through IPHM. If you need those, train with them.

It is a real, published program. Co-founders Pat and Tiff run it online from Australia, list 9+ years facilitating, and publish their curriculum, prices and refund guarantee.
On October 25, 2026 their site listed A$1,880 self-paced and A$2,900 for the live online cohort, early bird prices that end 8 November. Full prices are A$2,200 and A$3,400. Payment plans are available.
They list accreditation through the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and recognition by the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF). If that matters for your work, check with those bodies.
Both teach conscious connected Breathwork. Insight is online only, with a self-paced option and a live cohort on Australian time. We teach live, in person in the Phoenix area or on online group calls, and our specialty is surrender.
