Owaken is open about what you get. The full module list is on the page, from client assessment to running Breathwork as a business. They state the price, screen applicants and list graduates in a public directory.
What to weigh is the format. The on-demand version has no live calls or student community, and support is by email. If you want someone correcting you while you guide, that is the gap. Our Breathwork certification is built around live practice, and you can try a session first at our Breathwork classes.
These lessons are the live, hands-on side of guiding a session.
What we don't teach: the Owaken method, or its energy clearing and intuitive development modules. We don't certify anyone as an Owaken facilitator either. If you need those, train with them.

Owaken says Hella Omega and Lukis Mac founded it in 2017. It publishes its module list, its price and a directory of certified facilitators in New Zealand, the US, the UK and Europe.
In October 2026 their site listed the on-demand certification at $6,000 USD, paid in full. A live version with calls, at $9,000 USD, was waitlist only. Check their site for current prices.
Their training pages don't list any third-party accreditation. You earn their certificate by finishing the required modules and weekly assignments.
Owaken's certification is self-paced video with recorded calls, and it includes energy work and intuitive development. Ours is taught live by Ryan and Shelby, in person or online, and centers on conscious connected Breathwork and surrender.
