The structure is serious: supervised sessions with feedback, case studies, a logged daily practice and three days facilitating in the room. Their ads focus on what to do when someone cries or shakes mid-session, and a full trauma-informed module backs that up.
Weigh the logistics. Live calls run Sundays at 12:00pm Irish time (4:00am in Los Angeles), though all are recorded, and finishing needs the Galway trip. To train in the US, our Breathwork certification runs 3 days near Phoenix, or 12 weeks online.
These lessons cover the same moment their ads talk about: a breather who cries, shakes or tingles mid-session.
What we don't teach: We don't teach or certify Journey The Breath. We don't cover Pat Divilly's shadow work module or the Five Character Structures map he teaches. If you need those, train with them.
