Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. One weekend in Milwaukee is 24 live hours, most of the 30 that Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.
| Dates | June 11-13, 2027, Friday to Sunday |
|---|---|
| The clock | Doors open at 8:45 Central. We start at 9 and finish around 6. Milwaukee and the Twin Cities share a clock, so 9am there is 9am on your phone. |
| Where | Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with the venue still TBD. Everyone enrolled gets the address by email. Your deposit transfers to another training date. Refunds are handled case by case. |
| From Minneapolis | Amtrak from St. Paul Union Depot, a Delta or Sun Country nonstop from MSP, or about 337 miles on I-94 |
| Tuition | $1,997, or hold a seat with a $250 deposit |
| Your record | A Certificate of Completion. You log the 24 hours yourself. |
The four logging steps are listed on the Breathwork continuing education for yoga teachers page. Liquid Breathwork is not affiliated with Yoga Alliance.
We do not hold a training in Minnesota. Milwaukee is the closest. Plan to arrive Thursday so you walk in rested on Friday morning.
Two Amtrak trains a day leave St. Paul Union Depot in Lowertown, the Borealis and the Empire Builder. Both stop at Milwaukee Downtown. The Borealis also stops at Milwaukee Airport.
Starting in Minneapolis? The METRO Green Line runs from Target Field along University Avenue and ends right in front of Union Depot.
Delta, which runs a hub at MSP, and Sun Country, which is based there, both fly nonstop to Milwaukee.
MSP is on the METRO Blue Line, about 10 miles from both downtowns.
Driving instead? It is I-94 across Wisconsin, about 337 miles downtown to downtown. We haven't timed it, so check your own route for a Thursday.
Milwaukee in June runs mid 70s by day and high 50s at night, cooler by the lake. Summerfest takes three weekends from late June into early July. Our June 11-13 weekend should land before it starts, but book your room early anyway.
Red Wing and Winona are stops on the same line, so board closer to home and ride straight through to Milwaukee. No trip up to the Twin Cities first.
La Crosse is the next stop on the same line, just across the river in Wisconsin. Coulee Region riders can board there instead of driving to St. Paul.
St. Cloud has an Empire Builder stop of its own. Board there and ride through to Milwaukee Downtown without changing trains.
Atlanta, Georgia, March 19-21, is one Delta nonstop from MSP. Same three days, same 24 live hours to log. Atlanta runs an hour ahead of the Twin Cities. See yoga continuing education near Atlanta.
“So grateful for both of you, Ryan and Shelby. You’re changing my life right as we speak ... the ladies both booked for next week for paid sessions.”
After getting certified she had paid one-on-ones and a group session booked in Santa Clarita.
“I was really looking for something that was more gentle, more supportive ... and Liquid Breathwork delivered just that.”
She arrived a beginner, after one Breathwork class elsewhere that felt like a lot. She left certain that everything we need is already within us.
Hear from past students as they went through our June 2025 training.
A short look at what a full Liquid Breathwork session actually looks like from the inside.
Sells out a women’s only class every month.
Fourteen years a registered nurse, and Ryan’s star student. She has kept those classes full for over two years.
“I felt like that one session of Breathwork was more impactful than multiple sessions of EMDR that I received in therapy.”
He now guides Liquid Breathwork along with practicing as a clinical psychologist.
Leads Breathwork at music festivals.
Gem & Jam and Peak State in Austin, 20+ people on the grass.
“The training gave me the confidence to speak with knowledge about breathwork ... the experiencer is put more at ease and able to go deeper knowing that what is happening is normal and ok.”
He has run a class or two every month since April under his own brand.
“The group calls are supportive and range from business growth to breaking down student’s teachings for feedback.”
Weekly classes, held so consistently that three of her breathers came and got certified in Liquid Breathwork too.
You already cue the breath in class. In Milwaukee you learn to hold a whole Breathwork session, from the active breathing through the holds to the rest that follows.
You guide real breathers in the room while Ryan and Shelby give notes. Back home, close a flow class with it, or turn it into a Saturday workshop at the studio where you teach.

Yes. Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. You add the hours to your own Yoga Alliance account after the Milwaukee weekend. Liquid Breathwork is not affiliated with Yoga Alliance.
Not one of ours. The closest is Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 11-13, 2027, by Amtrak from St. Paul Union Depot or one nonstop from MSP. The venue is TBD. Your deposit transfers to another training date. Refunds are handled case by case. Atlanta, Georgia, on March 19-21, is one Delta nonstop from MSP.
