What a Main-Stage Breathwork Session Looks Like
Chairs go away and yoga mats go down, so the whole ballroom can lie down at once. We open from the stage with a short intro on what Breathwork is, and we remind people they are always in control. Then everyone lies back and follows guided breathing cues set to music for 45 to 90 minutes. Plenty of people laugh or cry.
Ryan holds the microphone, with Shelby beside him, and adjusts the cues to how the room is breathing.
We close with natural breathing and stillness, so everyone is grounded before they stand up.
Why Graduates Join Us on the Floor
Two people on a stage cannot kneel beside 83 breathers, let alone 150. At Fit Father Live, certified Liquid Breathwork facilitators spread out across the floor while Ryan and Shelby guide from the front. When someone's breath gets big, a graduate is already close by with a hand on a shoulder or a quiet word. Our Breathwork facilitator training is built on practice in real rooms. A conference floor is the same practice at scale.

Does Liquid Breathwork guide Breathwork at conferences?
Yes. Ryan and Shelby guide main-stage, breakout and opening or closing sessions for conferences and seminars. We bring the mats, eye masks and sound system. You give us a room and a time slot.
How many people can a group Breathwork session hold?
As many as the room fits, since each person is on their own mat following guided cues. We have guided groups of 10 and groups of 200 or more, including about 150 people at Fit Father Live in August 2025.
