Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. The D.C. weekend is 24 live hours. That covers most of the 30 Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

We do not hold a training in Maryland. From anywhere in the state, D.C. is the closest, and it is close enough to sleep in your own bed if you want to.
The Penn Line stops at Penn Station, West Baltimore, Halethorpe and BWI, then runs about an hour to Union Station. Board wherever is closest.
It is the only MARC line that runs on weekends, and the Saturday and Sunday timetable is thinner. Check it before you plan. Amtrak also runs Baltimore Penn to Union Station.
Take I-95 or the BW Parkway south. Without traffic it is about an hour.
Friday morning rush can stretch that a lot, so leave room before the 9am start. The venue is TBD, so plan parking once the address lands in your inbox.
A D.C. May feels like a Baltimore May: highs in the mid 70s, lows near 60. Bring a light layer for the evening ride home.
Penn Station sits on North Charles Street between Mount Vernon and Station North, about a mile and a half north of the Inner Harbor. Hampden is north of it, and Canton and Fells Point are across town on the harbor. On the west side, West Baltimore and Halethorpe are Penn Line stops too.
Towson and the north county can ride the Light RailLink, which runs from Hunt Valley through the city to Glen Burnie, with a spur to the BWI terminal. A free shuttle connects the airport to BWI Rail Station. Columbia and Ellicott City can board at BWI or Halethorpe, and Odenton has its own Penn Line station. From Annapolis, plan your own route in.
Only a few weekday trains reach Perryville, and most Penn Line trains start at Baltimore Penn. From Aberdeen or Havre de Grace, check that weekday schedule before you count on a train.
New York, October 15-17, is straight up the Northeast Corridor by Amtrak. Same three days, same 24 live hours to log. See yoga continuing education near New York.

You guide real breathers in the room while Ryan and Shelby give notes as it happens. Back home, add it to the end of a slow flow, or build a weekend workshop around it.
