Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. One weekend in Milwaukee is 24 live hours, most of the 30 that Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

We do not hold a training in Indiana. Milwaukee is the closest, and with no nonstop flight from IND, it is a road trip or a two-train ride.
Take I-65 north toward Lafayette and the Region, then work your way around Chicago to Milwaukee. Plan on half a day.
Chicago traffic sets the pace, so check a Thursday afternoon in your maps app before you book a hotel. You cross into Central time in Northwest Indiana and gain an hour.
Amtrak's Cardinal leaves Indianapolis Union Station for Chicago only three days a week, so build the weekend around its schedule, not the other way around.
In Chicago you switch to the Hiawatha for the last leg up to Milwaukee. It runs several times a day.
Milwaukee in June runs mid 70s by day and high 50s at night, cooler than an Indy June and cooler still by the lake. Pack a layer for evenings. And remember our 9am start is 10am on your phone back home.
Carmel, Fishers, Westfield and Noblesville up in Hamilton County, or Greenwood to the south, take the same trip as downtown. The Milwaukee drive starts on your end of town: pick up I-65 or US 31 north.
Bloomington comes up through Indy and follows the same route. Lafayette is already on I-65 north, so the drive starts at home. Fort Wayne and Muncie face the same call: Milwaukee by road, or Atlanta by air out of IND.
Evansville runs on Central time, the same clock as Milwaukee, so that trip keeps you on home time. Gary, Hammond and South Bend sit closer to Chicago than to Indy. The yoga continuing education near Chicago page covers the Region.
Atlanta, Georgia runs March 19-21. Delta, Frontier and Southwest all fly IND to ATL nonstop, and your watch stays on Eastern time. March highs there sit in the mid 60s, a real step up from an Indy March. See yoga continuing education near Atlanta.
IND also flies nonstop to Reagan National and BWI for Washington, D.C. (May 21-23), a weekend that comes before Memorial Day weekend and race day. American and Southwest fly nonstop to Phoenix.

You already cue the breath on the mat. In Milwaukee you learn to hold a full Breathwork session, from the active breathing through the holds to the rest that follows.
You guide real breathers in the room while Ryan and Shelby give notes. Back home, close a slow flow class with it, or run a morning session outdoors along the Monon Trail or the Central Canal.
