Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. One weekend in the Valley is 24 live hours, most of the 30 that Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

We do not hold a training in Prescott. Liquid Breathwork is based in Phoenix, and our Arizona trainings run in Phoenix and Scottsdale. From Prescott, that is about 90 minutes by car.
Prescott sits at 5,367 feet among ponderosa pines. The Valley is out of the pines and down the hill, about 90 minutes each way.
Each day starts at 8:00 AM, so plan on two nights in town instead of driving the hill twice a day.

You will have your own car, which helps. No light rail runs into Scottsdale.
We have led Breathwork in Prescott before, at Earth and Herbs Arizona on South Montezuma Street. Read about that class.
Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey‑Humboldt are the rest of the Quad Cities. We have not clocked each town, so use about 90 minutes as your starting number and check your own route. If another teacher from your studio is coming, ride down together and split the gas.
Flagstaff teachers drive about 2 hours south on the I-17, a longer haul than yours. See yoga continuing education near Flagstaff.

You already cue the breath on the mat. Over the weekend you learn to guide a full Breathwork session, from the first active breath through the holds to the quiet at the end.
