Registered Yoga Teachers can log this training toward Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours through the Subject Matter Expert pathway. The D.C. weekend gives you 24 live hours, most of the 30 Yoga Alliance asks for every three years.

We do not hold a training in Virginia. D.C. is the closest, and the train gets you there without a car.
Norfolk's station sits on the Elizabeth River next to Harbor Park, with a Tide light rail stop close by. The Northeast Regional runs from there to Union Station in about 4.5 hours.
Living near the Oceanfront? An Amtrak Thruway bus connects Virginia Beach to the Norfolk station.
By car it is about 200 miles: I-64 through the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel, then I-95 north. Check the tunnel and I-95 traffic before you pick a time to leave.
ORF, about 7 miles northeast of downtown Norfolk, flies nonstop to DCA, Dulles and BWI.
D.C. in May runs mid 70s by day and near 60 at night, with rain on about a dozen days. Bring a light layer and a rain jacket.
The Southside all boards at the same Norfolk station. From Ghent or downtown, ride the Tide toward Harbor Park. Chesapeake and Portsmouth board at the same station.
Skip the tunnel. Newport News and Williamsburg have Northeast Regional trains of their own toward Union Station, so board on your side of the water. Flying? Cross to ORF. The Newport News/Williamsburg airport has no nonstop to D.C.
Across the state line, ORF is your airport too, with nonstops to DCA, Dulles and BWI. Or drive up to the Norfolk station and take the train from there.

Hampton Roads has the world's largest naval station. The Navy families, nurses and teachers here hold steady for other people all week, and a Breathwork session gives them a place to let go.
In D.C. you learn to lead a full Breathwork session, from the active breathing to the rest at the end. You guide real people, with feedback from Ryan and Shelby. Back home, close a yoga class with it, or build a Saturday workshop around a morning walk at First Landing State Park.
